I took a class in stock photography when starting on my social media journey. One of the tasks was to photograph something common in your town and make a project of it. These shots are a few from my project on benches.
I knew Coronado had a lot of benches before I started, but then found out they were everywhere! I was walking daily at that time, and found them often in places I had not noticed them before.
The school I was taking the course from also had a travel arm. They said you could try to sell the photos from this project locally in postcards or prints. I wish I would have given that a try now, but I felt like these photos were not good enough or touristy enough at the time.
You never know what tourists might like for their memories. Now that I am long gone, I'm happy to have these shots now.
I used a Canon ELPH160 point and shoot camera for these photos.
