*A beautiful day for a walk in Bangkok City today not to hot with a little chilled air in the mix so i decided to make my way to the Skytrain station and take it from there no plans just needed to go for a good walk to clear the body and soul a bit of a charge and refresh.

Getting to the Skytrain station about a 10 minute walk i just on the Skytrain and hope of about 3 station down i figured i would walk through Lumpini Park which would take me out to the other side of the city about a 2 km walk through this huge park.

Lmpini Park is in the inner city of Bangkok it has area of 360 rai (57.6-hectare (142-acre) And also has a huge artificial lake where visitors can rent boats, feed the fish in the lake and also feed the birds. It is a haven of tranquility, fresh air , shade and lots of different birds , offering city dwellers the perfect connection to nature and wildlife.

You will find many people there in the morning and afternoon either jogging , walking or doing aerobic classes.

Monitor Lizards are very popular in this park but they are harmless unless you threaten them.

Walking out of Lumpini Park i come into a huge main road called Wireless Road here you will find many beautiful skyscrapers mainly office buildings , hotels and condominium buildings in my opinion i would say this is the most colorful and nature looking road in Bangkok.

Coming out of Wireless Road i walk down the longest road in Bangkok called Sukhumvit Road, or Thailand Route 3, is a major road in Thailand, and runs for 488 km through many suburbs but of course i didn't walk the whole lenght of this road i came to a place called the ArtBox which is on Sukhumvit Road i stopped there for a break had my lunch and a couple of cold beers and move on.

The ArtBox in Bangkok is a great place to spend a evening it has many varieties of foods Thai , Western and Europe with many types of craft beers and a live band to go with it all at reasonable affordable prices.

Satisfied with my Chicken Pad Thai and my couple of beers i moved on down Sukhumvit Road to Terminal 21 shopping mall which is only a short way from ArtBox i needed to change my plan on my mobile phone and this was a good place to do it.

Terminal 21 is another well known shopping mall in Bangkok mainly for it's creativity each floor is designed like a city around the world , London, Tokyo, Paris, Rome, Istanbul, San Francisco, etc., and they sell respective brand name products and also great for a average shopper.

Well by this stage i think i had walked about 10 km or more and after getting my mobile plan changed it was time to head home so i made my way out of the shopping mall and headed to the Skytrain i don't think i could have walked another 10 km back home but all in all a great day a great walk and saw plenty so when ever your in Bangkok city do visit Lumpini Park or ArtBox and maybe Terminal 21 for a bit of shopping they also have a magnificent food court at very reasonable prices.

Thank you @tattoodjay for #wednesdaywalk challenge it's certainly giving me more of a boost to get out there and see the beautiful things around us.
