Traveling through the fog in search of Green Mountain, one of Mother Nature's greatest creation..

Good Morning Wonderful Steem Community,

I came here with another beautiful journey we went to Green mountain in Bogawanthalawa. Another giant in the Bogawantalawa area on the Hatton-Balangoda road is this Green Mountain. Situated at an elevation of 1940m above sea level, this mountain range is truly a paradise filled with greenery. The Green Mountain is another mountain that is located on the top of a mountain.

There are so many tea estates around our walking road. Such a beautiful green color created from tea leaves. Some big trees had some places.

image.png

Green Mountain is the mountain range that divides the boundary of the village of Bogawana and the Bogawana Reserve. Most of the mountain boulders are large stones. Upstairs is the Bogawana Reserve.

Visitors can take imagine how some places located in this area through above map board. It's really helpful for tourists who're walking there.

In this journey first step was very simple and super easy. Because we had good road for the walking. Some of houses we have seen still go ahead. I asked from someone about weather this area. He told me, they faced very cold climate every single day with fogs.

image.png

Now tea estates created marvelous patterns to the background. I believe everyone like this environment. I have seen over 500 times like these various reflection patterns in my life time.Tea is a most popular and tradable plantation in Sri Lanka.

Absolutely stunning. I stayed few minutes in this places for captured awesome patterns of tea estate. My whole attention was gone to these reflection scenery. My eyes was out from it after talked my friends to me to climb up. Oh...I leaved from here. Bye bye.. tea plants and thanks for attracted my eyes and mind.

The mountain, which looks like a medium-sized mountain, looks like a rocky outcrop, but it is also popularly known as the New Zealand Mountain Climb because of the fact that the green mountain is literally the greenest mountain in the region.

image.png

I could see little water stream flows to the town since up. In the horizon big foggy condition I also looked. And captured it for one photo.

image.png

When you reach the top of the green mountain, like another mountain hidden on a mountain, you have to be careful with the tight breeze as space is limited. When traveling to this place, you should be very careful when going through the thickets.

image.png

Green Mountain is a beautiful place. But if there is a nice morning in the morning with the fog, there is no word to say.
It's a must see.

image.png

Due to its richness of manure and grass, it is also a major food source for livestock and cows in the Horton Plains. Although it is not possible to get a good view during a rainy season, the weather is good and the surrounding fog can be seen from time to time.

Green Mountain is one of Mother Nature's great creations. I think there is no injustice in calling a green valley a paradise with a few hills and a beautiful view along the water. We had got massive experience faced big foggy condition. Absolutely amazing moment for us. We safe much better with more care. Thanks for visiting. See you on next.
