Tonight I wanted to try My first post of some things I have been working on. I believe it fits into #trippythursday - "Perfectly"!

I am calling this picture,
"Modern Aztec"!
I have developed a few of these in this style and will be posting them as well as the other works I am working on.

In keeping with My other posts, I have also included line drawings so that those so inspired, or stuck in the house due to the "pandemic" can relieve some stress, it does work!

May I ask... Why "Modern Aztec"?

I'm mexican and I can't see any reference to Aztec culture... Or is it very discreet reference?

Hello There,
And if I offended You,
I "Do" apologise.

I Myself am Native American, so I do understand...
Believe Me I find "Dreamcatchers" on car mirrors offensive.

I live close to the border with Mexico, Many of the Restaurants, etc.. feature such art, on pillars, etc... I read in the Internet that that was a "name" for this art style along with "tribal", so I used it.
You can be rest assured it will not happen again and I do apologise.
And thank You for otherwise liking the picture,
I will be doing more in the style.
