I can't understand what is the tables for. Could you please explain to me a bit? What is the total points for, what is the total $ and total other $?

total points is increased every day based on your SP delegation ( or when you invite a new member and he/she delegates power ) and it is used to calculate the vote weight you will receive. if all vote weights are less than 20% vote weight ( 20% is the vote regeneration per day ) you will get a boosted vote.
total $ is how much dollars you got in votes ( maybe it will not be 100% accurate ) and total $ other is how much you gave to other members/authors using a createrule command.
quick example
you can create a createrule command with a vote weight of 5-100% and use s77assistant to vote other member/authors insteed of you based on the percentage you choose. if you choose 50% then the rest 50% will be used to vote your post.
