Ulog #69 | Family in town for short holiday trip Part #2
As you know, my parents and brother was in town for a short holiday trip. On Day #2, they had purchased for a whole day Mekong River tour. Starts at 7.45am till 6pm.
They had to take a bus for two hours before reaching the jetty in which they started the real tour. Using one large boat and then moving into smaller ones when they needed to move along the river. I've been here for almost 10 months but not once have I gone for this tour. Water expedition just isn't my cup of tea.
It was a long & tiring trip for them because when I came home after work and after work function; that was like almost 10pm... everyone had gone off to bed. Guess I will have to hear all stories the following day. For now, let them rest.

Ah, I've never been to HCMC but spent 10 days in Hanoi and a further few days ay Ha Long Bay - Such a lovely part of the world. Seems like you're dad is good at making snake-friends! 😃
Hanoi & Ha Long Bay are two very famous places to visit in Vietnam.

Next trip you must come to HCMC
Yes, we plan to do so but wanted to go somewhere a little different for our first trip there. We really enjoyed it and will certainly be back.
