What's up fellows, how are you? be welcome to a new drawing, this time with a portrait, as some of you can see I was a couple of weeks without uploading any portrait, I gave myself a break, drawing landscapes and animals, but today I decided to do this one, in fact I have another one planned but that one will take more time because it has very small details.

Que pasa compañeros, como estan? sean bievenidos a un nuevo dibujo, esta vez con un retrato, como algunos pueden ver estuve un par de semanas sin subir ningun retrato, me di un descanso, dibujando paisajes y animales, pero hoy decidí hacer este, de hecho tengo otro planeado pero ese tomara mas tiempo debido a que posee detalles muy pequeños.

Normally I start by making the face, with a vertical line and then a horizontal line to measure and position the features of the face, even if there is a mistake I solve it at the end of the painting.

Normalmente comienzo realizando la cara, con unas linea vertical y luego unas horizontales para medir y posicionar las facciones de la cara, igual si llegara a haber algún error lo soluciono al final del pintado.

I always start painting the skin color, with an opaque color to which I then add shadows and glows to highlight all the important parts of the face, the first thing I do is to add and blur the shadows and then place the glows and perform the same process, paint and blur, this is only the first time, since throughout the painting I keep adding small details of shadows and light to improve the final result.

Siempre comienzo pintado el color de la piel, con un color opaco al cual luego añado sombras y brillos para resaltar todas las partes importantes del la cara, lo primero que hago es añadir y difuminar las sombras para luego colocar los brillos y realizar el mismo proceso, pintar y difuminar, esta es solo la primera vez, ya que a largo del pintado sigo añadiendo pequeños detalles de sombras y luz para mejorar el resultado final.

After finishing the base of the skin, I began to paint the hair color with shades similar to gold, this time I did it with a very fine brush to achieve a good effect in the painting of the hair, if I do it with a big tip it is more like a cartoon and not with the semi realistic result that I am looking for.

Después de terminar la base de la piel, comencé a pintar el color del pelo con tonos semejantes al oro, esta vez lo hice con un pincel bastante fino para lograr un buen efecto en el pintado del pelo, si lo hago con una punta grande queda mas como un dibujo animado y no con el resultado semi realista que busco.

After finishing the hair we start with the details of the portrait because in this case, she is a girl of fire, so I added several shades in the hair and around this, also put more brightness with yellow tone due to the fire in her hair, finally put some flames in the background.

Después de terminar el pelo comenzamos con los detalles del retrato pues en este caso, ella es una chica de fuego, por eso agregue varios brillos en el pelo y al rededor de esta, también coloque mas luminosidad con tonalidad amarilla debido al fuego en su pelo, por ultimo coloque algunas llamas en el fondo.

The last details were to intensify the colours, to blur a few parts of the drawing.

Lo últimos detalles fueron intensificar los colores, difuminar unas pocas partes del dibujo.
