scotbot: rewards can be given out partly staked

Rewards can be given out partly staked now. https://scot-api.steem-engine.com/config has a new parameter staked_reward_percentage. Default value is 0, but when set to a percentage between 0 and 100, staked_reward_percentage % is given staked to the claming user.

Palnet has switched to staked_reward_percentage=50. The rewards will given 50 % liquid as transfer and 50% as staked.

It will look on steem-engine.rocks as follow:

By now only the liquid part is shown in the wallet:

It's going to be interesting which tribes will adopt partial staking - I'd like to see it in all the tribes I am a part of.

I just noticed this on CCC and Sonic. Great stuff. I am staking it all at the moment, anyway, and its great to encourage more people to stake at least half of what they earn! I hope all tribes adopt this.

That is awesome, limiting liquidity this way will provide a bit more stability I think.
