How to prepare yam porridge

I want to show how I prepared my yam porridge, yam porridge is a common African food, mostly in Nigeria.To prepare it, we will first peel the yam and cut into cube,

,cover it to cook for 15 minutes because its new yam(just from the farm)while waiting for it to cook, we can chop our onion and saint leaf to garnish the porridge wen it done, then we will match the porridge with turning stick,

it can be served with either meat stew or chicken, but mine was served without stew
