Photo&Haiku #55 [ESP/ENG]

Es cultivando con nuestras propias manos como podemos entender aspectos de la vida que en verdad son esenciales. Ni soy el primer hombre que trabaja buena parte de la comida que come, ni seré el último. Pero, sea como sea, así me hallo: viviendo una vida que me gusta, tranquila y despejada; sencilla y, de algún modo, libertaria.

Con este motivo traigo para el día de hoy una imagen que tomé hace unos días de la cosecha de brevas de este año. Han salido gordas, dulces y bien jugosas. Todo un manjar al que acompaño de un nuevo haiku, el cual espero sea de vuestro agrado.

It is by cultivating with our own hands that we can understand aspects of life that are truly essential. I am not the first man to work much of the food he eats, and I won't be the last. But, be that as it may, this is how I find myself: living a life that I like, quiet and uncluttered; simple and, in a way, libertarian.

This is why I bring you today a picture I took a few days ago of this year's crop of figs. They are plump, sweet and juicy. A real delicacy which I accompany with a new haiku, which I hope you will like.
