Are you sure Hive is a NO CENSORSHIP platform?

It has always been said that "Hive is a NO CENSORSHIP platform".
We've written it a thousand times.
There have been challenges (I remember for example those of @theycallmedan).
There have been contests.
There have been long posts to affirm this principle.
Personally I have always advertised Hive as a NO CENSORSHIP platform.
Today I am no longer convinced of it.
Maybe we change perspective when some things "hit" us personally, but today I am very disappointed with Hive.
I understand that this is a place where it is easy to be destroyed.
One's reputation is perpetually at risk.
Take my example.
30 months of total dedication.
I've written over 1,000 posts.
All original.
I've spent a lot of time between steemit and hive.
I've earned very little, very little ($2000 in 30 months) compared to how much time and resources I invested.
Yet I've always continued to write, to interact (4 consecutive times in the top 30 of the Hive Engagement League), to have an open look at the world.

Why?

Because I believe in the blockchain. I believe in freedom of speech. I love writing posts.
I became an enemy today. A person not to read, not to comment, not to follow.
Why is that?
Because a totally arbitrary inquisition mechanism continues to define me for what I am not.
That user, that system, that entity, is damaging me, is destroying me, is directly and indirectly censoring me.
We censor those who post assiduously, those who put passion into it, those who live the platform with the desire to write, make projects, participate.
We often praise, we often vote, people who say they are who they are not.
We prefer to inflate the rewards of those who post a bad picture with their smartphone, telling us about their journey by car from home to work.
We accept to make "rich" those who post a picture with their kitten or doggy, because they are so tender.
We are happily accomplices of users who elevate themselves to representatives of something or experts of something else.
We're not upset by this.
But we are upset if a user posts an article that he posted elsewhere (steemit, facebook or other).
In this way we violate the intellectual property of the individual.
It's like telling Cervantes to publish the only copy of Don Quixiote, or Tarantino to show Kill Bill only in a movie theater.
It's pure madness.
Hive is the only place that accepts this way of doing things.
It even allows "vigilantes" to get rich while they rummage through other people's posts.

Define plagiarism whoever posts an article he owns is INACCEPTABLE, it's TOXIC, it's DELETERIO.

Many people are leaving HIVE.
I don't blame them.

There have been many steps forward and many beautiful initiatives.
But many things have to be stopped, changed.
It is useful to educate users to do the right thing, to recognize the work of others, to highlight when a post has been written on another platform, to indicate the sources of the images.
Often I was wrong about that. I've been lazy, hasty.
And I'm ready to "re-educate" myself. I can't do it with Hive's hounds breathing down my neck.
Inquisitors.
The slander has to stop.
The destruction of the users must end.
Or maybe it will end HIVE.

Other than platform NO CENSORSHIP

Si è sempre detto che "Hive è una piattaforma NO CENSORSHIP".
Lo abbiamo scritto mille volte.
Ci sono stati challenge (ricordo ad esempio quelli di @theycallmedan).
Ci sono stati contest.
Ci sono stati lunghi post per affermare questo principio.
Personalmente ho sempre pubblicizzato Hive come una piattaforma NO CENSORSHIP.
Oggi non ne sono più convinto.
Sarà che cambiamo prospettiva quando alcune cose "colpiscono" noi in prima persona, ma oggi sono molto deluso da Hive.
Ho capito che questo è un luogo dove è facile essere distrutto.
La propria reputazione è perennemente a rischio.
Prendete il mio esempio.
30 mesi di totale dedizione.
Ho scritto oltre 1000 post.
Tutti originali.
Ho dedicato tantissimo tempo tra steemit e hive.
Ho guadagnato poco, pochissimo (2000$ in 30 mesi) rispetto a quanto tempo e risorse ho investito.
Eppure ho sempre continuato a scrivere, ad interagire (4 volte consecutive nella top 30 dell'Hive Engagement League), ad avere uno sguardo aperto sul mondo.

Perchè?

Perchè credo nella blockchain. Credo nella freedom of speech. Adoro scrivere post.
Oggi sono diventato un nemico. Una persona da non leggere, non commentare, non seguire.
Perchè?
Perchè un meccanismo di inquisizione, totalmente arbitrario, continua a definirmi per quello che non sono.
Quell'utente, quel sistema, quell'entità, mi sta danneggiando, mi sta distruggendo, mi sta, direttamente e indirettamente, censurando.
Censuriamo chi posta assiduamente, chi ci mette passione, chi vive la piattaforma con voglia di scrivere, fare progetti, partecipare.
Elogiamo spesso, votiamo spesso, persone che dicono di essere chi non sono.
Preferiamo gonfiare le reward di chi posta una brutta foto con il proprio smartphone, raccontandoci il suo viaggio in auto da casa al lavoro.
Accettiamo di rendere "ricchi" quelli che postano un'immagina con il gattino o il cagnolino, perchè son tanto teneri.
Siamo felicemente complici di utenti che si innalzano a rappresentanti di qualcosa o esperti di altro.
Non ci turba tutto questo.
Però ci turba se un utente posta un articolo che aveva postato da un'altra parte (steemit, facebook o altro).
In questo modo violiamo la proprietà intellettuale dell'individuo.
E' come dire a Cervantes di pubblicare unica copia di Don Quixiote, o a Tarantino di proiettare Kill Bill solo in una sala cinematografica.
E' pura follia.
Hive è l'unico posto che accetta questo modo di fare.
Addirittura permette ai "vigilanti" di arricchirsi mentre frugano nei post degli altri.

Definire plagiarism chi posta un articolo di sua proprietà è INACCETTABILE, è TOSSICO, è DELETERIO.

In molte persone stanno lasciando HIVE.
Non li biasimo.
Ci sono stati tanti passi avanti e tante belle iniziative.
Molte cose però vanno fermate, cambiate.
E' utile educare gli utenti a fare la cosa giusta, a riconoscere il lavoro altrui, a evidenziare quando un post è stato scritto in altra piattaforma, ad indicare le source delle immagini.
Spesso io su questo ho sbagliato. Sono stato pigro, frettoloso.
E sono pronto a "rieducarmi". Non posso farlo con il fiato sul collo dei segugi di Hive.
Degli inquisitori.
La diffamazione deve finire.
La distruzione degli utenti deve finire.
O forse, finirà HIVE.
