How to link your Hive account to MetaMask Wallet

avatar

It's no more news that @Leofinance's latest LeoInfra feature pilots as an inbuilt cross chain infrastructure on the Hive blockchain. With LeoInfra, onboarding thousands of ETH users to Hive becomes seamless and that in few seconds. Read this post for more details.

It was interesting to be one of the first LeoFinance users to attempt the linking of Hive account to my Metamask wallet and successful made my first successful claim of LEO to ETH. 51 LEO gave me about 0.02 ETH ( about $7.77 USD). I decided to put up this simple guide showing how to link your Hive account to your MetaMask wallet.

Though the process is as easy as a,b,c, some persons can be funny and really need this guide. Carefully follow the following screenshots and have it done in about 2 minutes depending on how fast your internet can be.

Great tutorial as most of us being from Hive probably will need to go this way and link our Ethereum address through Metamask.

One question although on the LEO to ETH exchange that you did. What was the LEO value in USD vs the ETH value in USD that you got in the end?
I want to see if there is a big gap in between those two.

I noticed the post is 3 years ago, and now when I check, there is no more such functionality.
