Hi guys!! Ok so, we have a new supporter to my now not so crazy idea of an initiative as you can see here -> #NewHivers Initiative - Become a Hive Mentor we now can count with @theycallmedan help too! Yay!!!

And in this post, I will update the rules a little to meet his (his tags for this initiative are way cooler than mine but, hey he is more experience than me at this sort of thing). And also, I will say date and time for our first Live Curation of Planktons and their Adopters!

¡¡Hola chicos!! Ok, tenemos a alguien más apoyando mi idea, que ahora no es tan loca jajaja, como puedes ver aquí -> #NewHivers Initiative - Become a Hive Mentor ¡ahora también podemos contar con la ayuda de @theycallmedan! ¡¡¡que emoción tan emocionante!!!

En esta publicación, actualizaré un poco las reglas para cumplir con las suyas (sus etiquetas para esta iniciativa son mucho mejores que las mías, pero bueno, él tiene más experiencia que yo en este tipo de cosas). ¡Y también diré la fecha y la hora de nuestra primera curación en vivo para los plancton y sus adoptantes!

Rules

1. Find a Plankton
A Plankton is a new user with less than 5 HP of their own preferably, someone struggling to start on Hive.

2. Adopt Said Plankton
How you adopt him/her? Easy you talk to the user and say “hi I will adopt you and care for you as my own child” don’t take no for an answer and then make a post about how you are entering this initiative and present in that post your adoptee. Use the tags #AdoptAPlankton, #Hive and #NewHivers in your first 5 tags, leave the post in the comments of this one.

Share your post on Twitter and use the #Hive, #NewHivers, and the #NewHiverMentor hashtag, you can also use #posh and any other relevant hashtags that will help promote Hive there.

3. Teach Your Adoptee the Basics
First of all make sure he/her has enough HP to be able to interact in the blockchain, you can delegate or if you don’t have enough HP of your own to delegate (you need to leave 50HP in your own account free of delegation for it to work smoothly) you can use any of the services that help with delegations like GiftGiver and Alebrijes, if you still can get him/her a delegation you can talk to me and I will help you guys out.

The delegation is not all you have to do, you need to actually teach your adoptee the basics, on how to post, how to interact, where he/she can find help when need it, how to make a good intro post and at least a few more posts, teach them about rewards and the ability to grow their account with the 100% power up of their first rewards.

4. Get your adoptee to reach at least 15HP of their own, and to be independent.
To enter the race to win the delegation prizes, I'm setting the bar low enough to give all a chance, is this the top? If you reach 15HP will that be enough to win? Well no there are going to be other people trying harder and maybe accomplishing better numbers so… I suggest not to stop at 15HP.

Remember the idea is for your adoptee to be independent at the end of the 15 days so, they can succeed on Hive and even if they do need help with something, they don’t feel like quitting Hive because they didn’t get a good start here!

5. Be part of our Live Curations in @minnowsupport project at PALNet Discord Server
To help the planktons out with their posts, I going to do live curations on the PALNet Discord Server in the first one they have to bring their introduction posts and in the last one they have to bring at least 2 other post they have made to get them curated.

6. Make One Last Post About Your Adoptee Achievements.
In this post you can tell us all about how the adopt a plankton initiative when for you and your adoptee and what you guys achieved together. Like before use the tags #AdoptAPlankton, #Hive and #NewHivers in your first 5 tags and you will have to leave the link in the post I will make to collect them all!

Reglas

1. Encuentra un Plancton
Un plancton es un nuevo usuario con menos de 5 HP propios preferiblemente, alguien que lucha por comenzar en Hive.

2. Adopta a Dicho Plancton
¿Cómo lo adoptas? Es fácil hablas con el usuario y le dices "hola, te adoptaré y cuidaré de ti como mi propio hijo", no aceptes un no como respuesta y luego haces un post donde dices que participaras en esta iniciativa y presentas en esa publicación a tu adoptado. Use las etiquetas #AdoptAPlankton, #Hive and #NewHivers, como dentro de tus primeras 5 y deja el link en los comentarios de este post.

Comparte tu post en Twitter y usa #Hive, #NewHivers y el hashtag #NewHiverMentor, también puede usar #posh y otros hashtags relevantes que ayuden a promover Hive allí.

3. Enseña A Tu Adoptado Lo Básico
Asegúrese de que él/ella tenga suficiente HP para poder interactuar en la blockchain, puede delegar o si no tiene suficientes HP propios (deje 50HP sin delegar en su cta. para que funcione sin problemas) utiliza cualquiera de los servicios de delegaciones como GiftGiver y Alebrijes, si aún así no puede conseguirle una delegación déjenme saber y los ayudo.

La delegación no lo es todo, debes enseñarle a tu adoptado lo básico, cómo publicar, cómo interactuar, dónde puede encontrar ayuda, cómo hacer un post de introducción bueno y al menos algunas publicaciones más, enséñale la capacidad de hacer crecer su cta. colocando sus primeras recompensas a 100% Power Up para poder tener su propio HP

4. Haga Que Su Adoptado Logre Tener Al Menos 15 HP Propios Y Que Sea Independiente.
Para optar a algunos de los premios de Delegación, estoy poniendo el mínimo lo suficientemente bajo como para dar una oportunidad, Si alcanzas 15HP, ¿será suficiente para ganar? Bueno, depende, habrá otras personas esforzándose más y tal vez logrando mejores números, así que ... Sugiero no detenerse en 15HP.

Recuerde que la idea es que su adoptado sea independiente al final de los 15 días para que puedan tener éxito en Hive e incluso si necesitan ayuda con algo, no tengan ganas de abandonar Hive porque no obtuvieron un buen comienzo!

5. Sea parte de Mis Live Curation de @minnowsupport en el Servidor de Discord de PALNet
Para ayudar a los plancton con sus publicaciones, voy a hacer curaciones en vivo en el servidor de Discord de PALNet en la primera tienen que traer sus publicaciones de introducción y en la última tienen que traer al menos 2 otra publicación que hicieron para curarlos.

6. Hacer Una Última Publicación Sobre Los Logros De Su Adoptado.
En esta publicación, puede contarnos todo sobre cómo fue adoptar a su plancton y lo que lograron juntos. Al igual que antes, use las etiquetas #AdoptAPlankton, #Hive and #NewHivers dentro de sus primeras 5 y tendrá que dejar el enlace en la publicación que haré para recopilarlas todas.

Hola ando buscando un Plankton que se quiera quedar
a pesar de toda el agua que podamos llevar.
Un día participe en un proyecto hermoso,
llamado Proyecto Padrino, mis ahijadas me superaron
en conocimientos. Eso me pareció genial. Ellas son @mafalda2018,
@issymarie2, de verdad lo apoyaré y lo que no sepa pregunto.

Estupenda iniciativa, yo no me atrevo a ser madrina otra vez, los ahijados nos superaron verdad mi @lisfabian ese Proyecto Padrino tan bonito, de alli sigue reportandose @amandaj, que nos dejó gratas experiencias. Para lo que pueda ayudar allí estaremos, ya pase y salude a los promocionados por @victoriabsb animándolos a seguir y crecer.

Esta es una gran iniciativa. Particularmente he estado haciendo ese trabajo desde hace unos dos meses, pero sólo por el hecho de apoyar a las personas. Pero llevarlo a un proyecto, creo que puede inspirar a muchos a seguir apoyando a los más nuevos. Te felicito por eso. Estas tipo de iniciativas son las que deben tener apoyo en esta plataforma, eso está muy bien.
Seguro que tendrás una muy buena acogida. Gran trabajo.

Wow, de verdad he andado ocupado para iniciar en la competencia/ayuda, justo ahora me encuentro realizando unas cuantas ediciones de fotografías que tomé ayer, y como son parte de un trabajo, no las puedo dejar mucho de lado, eso ha complicado el buscar al usuario nuevo, además de que mi tiempo se reducirá un poco los siguientes días, pero ya que confío en ti, por el momento déjame apoyar con otros 10 HIVE que enviaré a tu cuenta para que los puedas sumar a los 10 existentes, sale? De todas formas haré un pequeño espacio para buscar un usuario nuevo y ayudarle.

Por aqui me anoto en esta fabulosa iniciativa, gracias a @victoriabsb y a mi bella comunidad de PALNET por promover el crecimiento de nuevas generaciones en HIVE. Me ofrezco como madre aunque ya contactè a uno, de lo poco que le pueda aportar, estoy a la orden, es màs fàcil navegar en este mar cuando vas de una mano amiga. Fuì madrina en Proyecto padrino de Radiosteemit y fuè una experiencia ùnica, mis ahijados me superaron tambièn y eso, es super gratificante. Les dejo un abrazo y mi cariño, mañana o pasado, antes que terminen las postulaciones, tendràs noticias si fuì aceptada como madre jajaja...

Aunque, llego tarde pues me uno a la iniciativa, me ha sido duro encontrar un hijo y justamente, entre ayer y hoy la señal ha estado inestable, Gracias a meme encontré un hijo, por eso me uno al reto y al compromiso de atenderlo y orientarlo. Que genial iniciativa.
