Today as always, I want to share with you something sweet, rich and easy to prepare, that everyone loves and will enjoy, sweet palmeritas.

You only need:

500 gr. wheat flour (all use)
10 gr. of salt
375 gr. of margarine
275 cc of water
900 gr. of sugar

Preparation:

First on a clean table, you will make a crown with wheat flour, in the middle you will pour the water and salt, knead until you get a smooth and smooth mixture, let it stand for 30 minutes.

After half an hour, we must stretch the dough and give it a double turn (fold in half and that half fold again) now as it remains, let stand 20 more minutes (this process we must repeat it once more and let it rest again)

Now we must sprinkle the table with the sugar and stretch the dough to a thickness of approximately 4 cm. We must roll a dough over the dough so that the sugar adheres to the dough.

Now with the dough stretching and the sugar attached, we begin to inscribe the puff pastry from both ends towards the center trying to give 2 or 3 turns per side, after this we sprinkle more sugar and pass the roller again.

Finally we cut the puff pastry with a thickness of about 1 cm. Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
