Yesterday was a very crazy day. It started with some news that turned all my plans upside down and I was running like a spider on the wall all day.
When I finished what I had to do was already 9pm and was so tired could not convince myself to pedal at least 1km. Shame on me, I know but the stress I had to go through during the day has made me tired.
Good thing everyone is ok and things are acceptable, so today is a new day and I have the opportunity to do more than yesterday.
7600 steps for yesterday. And have an apple as it's healthy. We need as much vitamins as we can get to stay healthy during the cold period. The photo was taken at the farmers market. I love these big boxes of apple.
