My Actifit Report Card: February 16 2020

Although I said I wanted to do cycling yesterday, that didn't happen after all. It was a busy day again and I wasn't feeling very well, so I made it kind of a rest day and unfortunately I couldn't reach the minimum of 5000 steps. It's a shame.
The discussion between Justin and Ned took up a part of my time and the witness meeting that took place after. Could have pedaled during but not tied to my laptop.
Today is a new day with new opportunities. I have to make sure not to waste it.
