The Ferrara Beach Walk In Andalusia

The day started with a beautiful sunrise I was viewing thru the glass window below... with the hope that we will have cloudless blue sky and still wind. We´ve had a light breakfast knowing were going out for lunch. So out we went, drove and parked the car near the beach and walk Lily, the chihuahua along the promenade.

Since we arrived too early for lunch, we´ve decided to take a walk along the Ferrara Beach in Torrox Costa and while doing so, I took these images. At this time of the year, the water is too cold for swimming, the locals and tourists as well as expat retirees simply enjoy the day, some sitting at the beach cafes and enjoyed their espressos and cappuccinos.

The sun lounges and beds were already removed for storage so that only the shades are showing their almost silhouette images depicting that the warm season is over.

The walk had been part of the culture for the young and old. And when ours was over, we decided to walk towards our favorite chinese restaurant and enjoyed the springrolls and crispy duck. We were full when we came out of the restaurant and took more a few minutes walk before heading to the parking lot. It had been a nice Wednesday walk.
