i know cold is rough
imgine living in a place where only wealthy people have AC. imagine boiling alive 6 or 7 months a year and having the sun fry your skin. I wish i could just put on layers of clothes to get warm. luckily for me it is cooling off finally. The photo there was a short time ago. The sand that day would blister your feet...
i'm desperate to escape this place of 7 million people crammed together
I know we Brits moan about the weather but I love all of the seasons. Hot days are great but I couldn’t cope with the heat all of the time.
My grandfather was born in London in 1899 so i guess i'm just carrying on in traditional fashion ! :)

this place is a nightmare. it's super crowded and hot 6 monthes a year or more. If you own a nice home with a place to park your car and have airconditioning in your home and work place it's not so bad. Average people have no ac and in many places in Long Beach you can't even find place to park your car after 4:00 pm. i can no longer even leave my apt. in the evening. Of course homeowners and many others have none of these problems so there's no one to blame but myself
