IT'S WEDNESDAY MEAT TIME !!

With October Fest & Halloween ending just recently, I can't help but look back at the photos that I've taken so far. And the photos from the October Fest caught my immediate attention. Looking back at all the meat photos that I've taken while attending an event in a hotel brought back so many memories.

Just look at the pork knuckle !

There's so many of them, all displayed out on the buffet table waiting for the Chefs to cut them up for the guests who are all lining up patiently for their plate to be filled up. Who would ever say no to such succulent meat when it's staring right at you!

It has been a long while since I've had meat as my main meal. Being in this country, vegetables and fruits are more common due to the poverty level in most of the country. Even if they do have meat, it's all cut into slices and use as the soup broth. The main meal is usually rice noodles or bread. Guess when there is unlimited meat on the buffet line, everyone rushes in line to enjoy.
