Lightening Round ~ Retinue

Today's word of the day for November 26 is retinue..

I thought long and hard on what to write with this one. I didn't want to go too way back in time. The word sounded a little old, at least to me. Well, I came up with a kinky one instead. Even better, wouldn't you say?

"Do you love me?"

He stood, facing the window, waiting.

"You know I do."

"So you won't mind what I'm about to do?"

She hesitated. She had easily guessed when she came into the single room they shared and saw the elastic head sticking out of his bag. She knew it was only a matter of time. Somehow, it excited her.

"I won't. You know that."

He turned and smiled.

"Take off your clothes."

The smile was still in place as he picked up the rope and walked towards her. He was only a retinue in his father's firm.
