Process is a beautiful thing

Numbers are the way we put things in boxes. Inside they are organized, neatly and methodically, and help us understand. Numbers are easy, math is a sure thing, but people - people are limitless arrangements of equations that just don’t add up. Tell me, have you ever solved a riddle of a persons complexities? Maybe one intimate moment in time, but then we go changing ourselves and the rules we abide by. We say one thing but mean another. We say what’s important to us but then end up chasing another path. We love, but say not for now. We say we love but really don’t. And sometimes we love each other, just not the same in equal amounts. And that’s sad, but that’s life. What life without a grueling heartbreak making you feel the most feelings you’ve ever felt? What’s life without the highest highs and lowest lows? Would we even be human without them? I pity anyone who’s walked this curved, colorful sphere and not given an infinite amount of their pounding, blood pumping life vessel. And I hope for all those who have been rewarded with that infinite amount in return. Because two infinities is better than one. Because there is no room for numbers here, and love is too big to fit in a box.
