Simple yoga poses for stretch shoulders and neck
When you end the day and you are stressed where the stress go on your body? Usually on your shoulder and your neck, your shoulder and you neck sustain your hard and if it is full of things it's heavier, also the tension ended most in these two places.
It also depends from your daily posture if you work in front of a computer for many hours you will probably suffer from neck and shoulder pain. Or even if you have a bad posture when you walk and you sit.
For this simple yoga poses you don't need nothing more than a place where you can sit comfy, also the bed or the sofa, the important is that your legs are comfortable and the position don't hurt you and that your back can stay straight.
Start in a classical position with crossed legs of lotus of you are able to do it.
And relax yourself, maybe put on some relaxing music or burn a incense.
It hespls to relaz your mind and muscles.
This is called sukhasanas and it's an easy easy pose.
From this post you start to roll the neck in circles from the left to the right for ten times than from the right to the left, do the exercise well and roll all the neck with calm and without fast movements.
The last one is for the shoulder stretch your arms as much as you can, than turn to the left once and the other to the right di it for some minuta and you will feel a relief on your shoulder.
Soon o will post other suggestions also for the cervical, I often suffer of it and some yoga poses and other exercises are really useful.
