come back with me on this occasion I want to make a lunch side dish for my family, where today I cooked long beans with tempeh in coconut milk sauce, I think this afternoon I want to eat long beans and tempeh in coconut milk sauce, because I haven't had it for a long time. and without waiting long I went straight to the market to buy the ingredients needed to make long bean coconut milk sauce, after I came home from the market then I started preparing the ingredients for making long bean coconut milk sauce.

It's not too complicated to make, it only takes a few minutes to make this long bean coconut milk sauce dish, and what's no less important is that it tastes very delicious and nutritious.



Ingredients for making tempeh long bean coconut milk sauce:

100 grams long beans
300ml coconut milk
1 tomato
1 tempeh board



ground spices

3 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 red chilies
3 cayenne peppers



how to make :

First steps

The first step is to cut the long beans. Here I cut the long beans lengthwise, then wash the long beans that were cut earlier

Second steps

After that, take the ingredients for ground spices, including shallots, garlic, cayenne pepper and red chilies, then add a little turmeric powder, then grind everything until smooth.

Third steps

After that, cut the tempeh into cubes then wash the tempeh and then set aside for a while, then prepare the other ingredients

Fourth steps

then pour in 300ml coconut milk and follow with the ground spices, also add chopped long beans and chopped ripe tomatoes while stirring.

Fifth steps

After that, add the tempe pieces and cook until everything is cooked, cook for about 40 minutes over medium heat, stirring all the while so that the coconut milk doesn't break easily, after everything is cooked, turn off the stove and let it sit for a while, then pour it into a serving bowl.
