According to the staff that I have talked with, this is for poor Filipino citizens, which is 200 PHP or 4 USD monthly. (accumulated for almost 8 years)I think this is a one-time payment, not sure because I don't even know how Mom gets this, for us, it's a big blessing. Mom always shares everything she has. As children, it's our obligation and responsibility to take good care of our parents. Have a blessed day!😇🙏

I feel the same, it is our obligation, but, also to be done out of love makes it even sweeter. Which I can tell you already do. I think it is a great blessing. I was wondering why they gave her a card if it was only one time.
