Having A Coffee Time With Thinly Crust Pizza

Welcome to my coffee stories again. Stories about coffee and my real moments to share with you guys.

I like drinking coffee while paying attention to my surroundings. Also, about the inspiration that comes a lot. A cup of coffee can do many great things, especially in terms of creative work.

I came to a cafe that I had visited before. I came to MEDIAN for the second time now. Previously I came to order main food, but for this time I ordered coffee and snacks.

My spontaneity was at work then in my mind. So, I ordered a cup of palm sugar latte, with pizza! What, a pizza? Yup, you read that right. I also thought that I was drunk when I ordered that. But maybe it was the best spontaneity that happened so far.

I was drinking coffee, that's why I chose to order a latte. But also then I spontaneously chose pizza for my coffee drinking companion. 😅 Thankfully, they ended well in my experience. ❤️

PALM SUGAR

A cup of palm sugar by MEDIAN tastes fine. There are lots of palm sugar lattes in my city. And, I found this version to be a delicious one.

The aroma of the coffee is not too strong but the taste of the coffee is quite strong and makes the overall taste of the coffee a bit bitter.

Different from palm sugar in other places in my city which is sweeter. This coffee at has a different characteristic and I like it.

Unfortunately for me, the strong taste of coffee made my mind think about too many creative things and gave me insomnia at night 🤣🤣🤣. I became busy writing down lots of ideas in books in the middle of the night.

Well, I don't regret it. 😋 It's worth it. Just the occasional insomnia from coffee, that's fine. Only coffee can hurt like this.

THINLY CRUST PIZZA 🍕

As soon as one portion of pizza came to my table, wow! That's my spontaneous expression. Quite big and also has thinly crust pizza.

I immediately smiled at that time. Not because of its large size. But especially because the pizza crust is thin. I'm always looking for thinly crust pizza. And, finally I got it at this place!

Thin crust pizza by MEDIAN has a crispy outer layer. With a strong savory taste. For the filling, there are my favorite types of mushrooms, also cheese, and minced chicken.

I'm glad that the chewy taste of mushrooms is dominant in the filling ❤️. Suitable to eat with chili sauce.

My husband has a unique way of eating thin crust pizza that I never thought of before.

My husband rolls the pizza then dips it in sauce. Whoa! I tried the same method and it turned out delicious! ❤️

For the prize a bit pricey about $5. But I think this one is worth it because it can be eaten by up to 4 people.

For thinly crust pizza lovers, pizza from Median can be a good option compared to pizza in general.

Overall, thin crust pizza with palm sugar latte is my perfect break time moment. Especially with the ambience of the cafe is really good. Homey, cozy and not noisy.
