How to Make A Paper Pen Holder

Hello Everyone!
I make a pen holder using colored paper today. This is a circular box. The bottom of the cardboard is made with a flower pattern and the edges are painted. Another piece of red paper is added in the middle of the box. I haven't made pen holders in a long time . There are not flowers or leaves to decorate for this one. I write with texts and you can see pictures on how to make it step by step.

Needed materials
colored paper
glue
scissors
pencil
ruler
cardboard

In the first step, I make a yellow paper for the box. I don't use cardboard for this, so I glue two pieces of paper together to make it thicker. Draw two lines in the middle of the paper. Mark the same distance points on those lines. Then draw more lines. Have to cut along those lines. I fold and glue a piece of red paper. Add it on the yellow paper as shown. Cut one side of the paper as small pieces. It is to glue. Fold it as a circle shape and glue the two sides together.

In this step, cut a yellow circle shape paper . Fold it in half and fold it step by step as shown. Draw and cut the edge of it as shown in the picture. After spreading it, I glue it together with a piece of cardboard. Trim the edges and paint on it. The box is also glued on it. I really like it after making this one. I think this is simple and very beautiful. It's also useful. I take beautiful pictures.Thank you so much for your reading my post to the end.
