Aesthetic Coffee Shop With A Rustic Feel - Omad Coffee

Maybe some of you really know that I really like the art of a house design and layout, especially for buildings that can be visit by the general public. This is supported by the lack of buildings with unique designs, because the city where I live is very small, not an old city or the capital of a country.
The spread of modern aesthetic cafes and coffee shops is a big attraction for the people, due to the lack of entertainment and tourist attractions. So, many are just 'healing' in a coffee shop or cafe. So that many capital owners consider investing more in making an aesthetic coffee shop whose main goal is to provide coolness for the eyes to look at and make the place discussed by many people on social media. Not a few people like to hunt for aesthetic cafes just to be showcased on social media for the sake of popularity.
Almost every week I hear about the soft opening of a cafe, in fact there are many that I haven't been able to go to because some of them were busy and eventually went bankrupt because they couldn't survive in maintaining the taste of the food and drinks being sold, aesthetics is not just good design and architecture, you have to also supported by a qualified food taste.
Well, this time I want to share my personal experience about a coffee shop that just open a week ago, the place is not far from the gym that I usually go to, even if I only walk for 1 minute, I can reach the coffee shop. I got to know this cafe from a gym friend who said that this cafe belongs to his friend, so he offered me to try the coffee there and cheered it up, because he knows I really like coffee. As a friend, I also to support my friend's business.
Arriving at the cafe, I was really surprised by the location of this cafe, it's in a small alley, even it only fits 2 cars side by side, but they have a large area to be used as a cafe and a parking lot. Not many think about providing parking lots, just making random cafes without thinking about this. I think this is a positive value for a coffee shop, because people will feel at home for long at this coffee shop without thinking about the vehicle being brought in a safe condition.
Omad Coffee, is on Jalan Perjuangan, not far from Hiru Coffee, only 200m apart. I've talked a little about Hiru Coffee before, but Hiru Coffee isn't as aesthetically pleasing and expansive as omad coffee. Well, Omad Coffee has a unique concept, with a classic style that young people like. It almost occurred to me that this is indeed the main goal for young people who like aesthetic places and classic styles.
If you like scrolling on tiktok or Instagram, I think this is a real aesthetic mode. With brown and terracotta tones, which are unified and use rustic and industrial wood. Combining the two looks dazzling in the eyes of visitors and anyone who sees it. Finishing the design style of this coffee shop makes me think again about a 'village', which is inspired by a beautiful and comfortable village.
On the inside of the room, there are only a few tables and chairs, air conditioning and air filters are provided. Suitable for those of you who really like to work comfortably and live the aroma of coffee being brewed. By the way, the weather in Medan is very hot, so I really like being indoors with cold air conditioning, moreover, the smell of coffee every time the barista prepares an order will tempt me to drink coffee, again and again.
Actually outdoor is also not so inferior to indoor. There are several rocks sown in every corner to cover the ground, this method effectively adds to the beauty of the cafe and also helps so that rain does not pool directly on the ground, standing water will reduce the aesthetic value of the outdoor. Not only using rocks, they also use several plants as natural elements that are resistant to extreme weather.
This afternoon is so beautiful, especially when I look up at the sky in one corner of this cafe. thankfully not many visitors came so I could be very free to take pictures of this beautiful view without obstructions. However, at night, it turns out that more and more people are arriving and enjoying coffee at this coffee shop. some of them also brought their friends and partners, I think this is a good place to meet up with friends and heal for a while from busy work and life matters. It’s really interesting that coffee shops have become so trendy. When I was growing up there was none but now so many. At first glance that coffee shop looked like a place of worship but once I saw it from ôter angles. Indoor and outdoor, I like that, a place for the smokers 😁
Yes, it is suitable as a place to work because this place is very calm and peaceful, there is not even the commotion of motorized vehicle horns.

Yes, it's rare to see a door as aesthetically pleasing as this. I usually see ASMR vloggers who like to take a village perspective in Europe or Japan, having aesthetic doors like this.
I definitely agree @aswita. Indonesia, most especially Medan City has been leveling up their cafe business. And with the popularity of social media and other fads to boost an establishment's profitability, no wonder several entrepreneurs have joined the game. I guess if I had a lot of money I would do the same. Building a coffee shop is one of the biggest accomplishments, especially since I can take advantage of my husband's warm hands who can make really good coffee. Hopefully one day I can have an aesthetic coffee shop like that. Even though expectations sometimes don't match reality :D

This cafe is very comfortable to visit, especially when you miss the quiet village atmosphere and without the fuss in the middle of the city. make the heart more calm and peaceful. I practiced a lot to take photos with just a camera phone, hope you like it!
