Your body needs you

This is the first time since my menstrual cycle started to fade, and I'll have plenty of energy going forward.
I was greeted with only five games of leg training, but it turns out that too much rest makes my body stronger.
Just follow what your body tells you.

You are damn right, we don't need to overwork our body, there's a limit to what the body can take, rest well, eat good food, and exercise regularly, that should do the trick.
