A belated merry christmas - ps: I'm back

Hello Hive, Merry Christmas to everyone. I just checked and its been 11 days since I last posted. It's felt like Eons. I don't think I have gone this long without posting since I became active on hive.

If you've seen my previous posts you'll see its because I was busy with my exams. Well, that is over and now I'm finally free as a bird once more. The exams went relatively well. Some were easy and others made me wish I hadn't chosen such a difficult course, but in the end I can only be grateful for how it all went.

I actually finished with my exams on the 24th (christmas eve), but after that I've been too busy with christmas preparations and christmas itself to make a post. December 25th is christmas day, but we all know that till the end of the year it is still christmas. The house is full of family members. Its that time of the year when you plug your phone overnight and instead of waking up to a fully charged phone you wake up to see that someone unplugged it because they thought it was their charger, and they wanted to use it (true story).

Despite my rather swift preparations for christmas, this year's christmas so far is a bit drab. Christmas day Itself was almost identical to the last and it is starting to feel routine (I don't enjoy routines). But then christmas isn't all about going out and getting gifts. It's about celebrating christ's birth, spending time with family and giving. I've done all of that, so I guess I'm doing christmas well.

I want to spend the remaining days of this year doing all of the things I enjoy, chatting, playing games (All types), watching movies, going out, and of course interacting on the hive blockchain.

This year was a good one and I'm confident the next will be even better.
