On Fridays, a market I like to go to is the Naka market. it is a huge market with many areas and the day of the market the place is extremely lively.

There are plenty of other markets in Phuket but the bigger and more interesting ones are often only open on weekends. The Naka market is one of the few of this size to be held on weekdays.

Moreover it is a market which is open from the beginning of the afternoon until late in the evening, which makes that people also come to spend a good time there, many food trucks, street food, refreshment stands coming to install there the time of the market.

This market is open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2 pm until 11 pm. The parking is really huge and from it, you will see the Naka Temple. You can walk across the road and go straight to the Buddhist temple if you want to make merit.

สวัสดีคร้าาาาาา..... ถึงวันศุกร์ทีไรบัวจะชอบม๊วกกกกก..... เพราะในวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ที่ภูเก็ตจะมีตลาดขนาดใหญ่ ในหลายๆ พื้นที่ให้ไปเดินเล่นหรือซื้อของ ไปทีไรก็ต้องเตรียมใจ และเตรียมเงินไปเยอะๆ ถ้าเป็นวันศุกร์บัวจะชอบไปตลาดนาคา เพราะเป็นตลาดนัดกลางคืนที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในภูเก็ต มีสินค้าหลากหลายให้เลือก รวมทั้งอาหารการกินก็มีให้เลือกเยอะม๊วกกกกก.... สถานที่จอดรถก็กว้างขวาง มองจากที่จอดรถก็จะเห็นวัดนาคา ซึ่งบัวเคยเขียนโพสต์ไปแล้ว ก่อนจะเดินตลาดแวะไปทำบุญที่วัดก่อนก็ได้ เพราะอยู่ตรงข้ามกับตลาดแค่นี้เอง ตลาดนัดนาคาเปิดประมาณบ่าย 2 ถึง 5 ทุ่ม มีเวลาเดินเหลือๆ

An important purpose for coming to my flea market this time, that is, there are all kinds of plants for sale, and I want them. But now these plants are becoming popular and therefore very expensive, so I can only look.

และจุดประสงค์ที่สำคัญที่ทำให้บัวมายืนงงในดงบอน มีแต่บอนสวยๆ ทั้งนั้น ถามว่าอยากได้ไหม๊? ตอบเลยว่าอยากได้ นู๋อยากได้ อะนู๋อยากได้ แต่ดูราคาแล้ว พักก๊อนนนนน.....

I spent a lot of time in the plants selling area, it's good I did not spend there all my money. 🤣

After the plant area, let's go to the clothing area to see if there are any I like. There is a wide variety of clothes at affordable prices, and the first shop has a lot of garments suitable for going to the beach.

Now, many shops are still closed since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, causing the atmosphere to be less bustling than before.

ดูต้นไม้จนหนำใจแล้ว ถามว่าซื้อไหม๊ ? ตอบเลยว่าไม่ ก็มันแพงง่ะ ซื้อต้นไม้ราคาขนาดนี้เดือนนี้ทั้งเดือนกินแกลบสิคร้าาาาาา..... แต่ว่าไม่ได้นะ ดูไปดูมาเกิดกิเลสขึ้นมาเงินในกระเป๋ามันจะไปอยู่ในมือแม่ค้า บัวเลยรีบเดินไปดูอย่างอื่น ไปดูเสื้อผ้ากันบ้าง ในสภาวะโควิดระบาดแบบนี้ ก็ทำให้เดือนร้อนกันไปทุกหย่อมหญ้า มีหลายๆ ร้านที่ยังคงปิดมาตั้งแต่มีโควิดใหม่ๆ เมื่อ 2 ปีที่แล้ว

Souvenir shops are starting to open for sale again after being closed for a long time. Most of the products are replica Buddha statues, paintings, handmade products.

ร้านขายของฝากของที่ระทึก เอ้ย!!.... ระลึก ก็กลับมาเปิดอีกครั้ง สินค้าส่วนใหญ่ก็จะเป็นรูปปั้นพระพุทธรูปจำลอง ภาพวาดต่างๆ และงานฝีมือ สวยๆ ทั้งนั้นค่ะ

Walking around in each long small alley opened my stomach which has begun to protest after I started smelling food. Let's go get something to eat!

The restaurant zone is starting to become bustling again. Makes me so happy because that means I have more variety of food to choose from. The last time I came, the restaurant I bought regularly has closed and is now reopening.

Before, there were many regular sushi shops but now there is only one shop left.

My husband and son love to eat sausages and grilled meatballs. I bought it for them too.

เดินดูของจนเหนื่อยแล้วไม่ได้อะไรเลย แวะไปหาซื้อของกินแล้วกลับบ้านดีกว่า ครั้งล่าสุดที่บัวมาที่ตลาดแห่งนี้ โซนของกินคือเงียบมาก มีขายเพียงไม่กี่ร้าน คือหายไปเกือบครึ่ง ตอนนี้เริ่มกลับมาคึกคัก และร้านอาหารก็เริ่มกลับมาเปิดอีกครั้ง บัวก็เลยมีอาหารให้เลือกหลากหลายขึ้น ก่อนอื่นต้องแวะซื้อไส้กรอกอีสาน และลูกชิ้นปิ้งก่อน เพราะที่บ้านชอบกิน

This Thai dessert shop is delicious and inexpensive. Every time I come to this market, I have to buy back and eat. There are Thong Yip, Thong Yod, Foi Thong, (Sweet egg floss), and many others.

This hot weather makes me thirsty. So I bought aloe juice to drink because I see that it has many useful properties. Which I ate for the first time. Mmm! It smells good sweet and delicious.

เดินจนเหนื่อย อากาศก็ร้อน บัวก็เลยหยุดซื้อน้ำดื่มว่านหางจระเข้ เห็นเขาว่ามีสรรพคุณครอบจักรวาล ดื่มไปอึกแรก อื้ม!!!..... มันมีกลิ่นหอมอ่อนๆ หวานกำลังดี อร่อยดีค่ะ แล้วก็ซื้อน้ำพริกกลับไปกินที่บ้าน เมนูนี้คือขาดไม่ได้เลย ถ้ามื้อไหนกินน้ำพริกนะ เจริญอาหารสุดจร้าาาาา..... กินข้าวได้เป็นกะละมังๆ
