Saludos comunidad #plantpower,que la bendición de Dios repose en sus hogares y se encuentren disfrutando de buena salud, hoy les comparto una sencilla #receta para preparar crema de berenjena, ideal para disfrutar un snacks o compartir en familia.

La berenjena es un vegetal con diversos nutrientes y minerales; rica en fibra y de gran ayuda para el sistema digestivo, posee además propiedades antioxidante y desintoxicantes, y minerales como el hierro, fósforo y calcio, y vitamina B.

La crema de berenjena es sencilla de preparar, se asa en una sartén o budare, volteando cada 5 o 7 minutos para lograr una cocción uniforme, cuando este totalmente cocida, se retira del fuego y se guarda en una bolsa plástica por 10 minuto, esto facilitará el proceso de quitar la concha, luego se retira la pulpa, se lleva a la licuadora, se añade, sal pimienta y ajo al gusto, se mezcla hasta obtener la consistencia deseada y se puede acompañar con pan galleta o casabe.

Eggplant is a vegetable with diverse nutrients and minerals; rich in fiber and of great help for the digestive system, it also has antioxidant and detoxifying properties, and minerals such as iron, phosphorus and calcium, and vitamin B.

The eggplant cream is simple to prepare, it is roasted in a frying pan or budare, turning every 5 or 7 minutes to achieve a uniform cooking, when it is fully cooked, remove from heat and store in a plastic bag for 10 minutes, this will facilitate the process of removing the shell, then remove the pulp, take it to the blender, add salt, pepper and garlic to taste, mix until the desired consistency and can be accompanied with cracker bread or cassava.

PREPARACIÓN

Lavar las berenjenas y llevar a fuego medio durante 25 minutos, voltear para cocinar por ambos lados.

Retirar del fuego y guardar en una bolsa durante 10 minutos para enfriar y ablandar la concha y retirarla fácilmente, luego extraer la pulpa.

Llevar a la licuadora, agregar aceite, sal al gusto y licuar por 20 segundos a velocidad alta.

Rectificar la sal, añadir pimienta,ajo y licuar nuevamente hasta obtener la consistencia deseada.

Servir y acompañar con lo que más nos guste, en este caso acompañé con casabe y terminado!! a disfrutar un delicioso snacks.
