Three lines of defence
Today I found out a new idea to play splinterlands. That is to use three melee monsters at the same time in defence line. I planned to make a solkd defence and I will destory the back of enemy's line.
I put [Almo Cambio] in the first position. It has a lot of Health and Speed. It also has [Immunity] and [Phase] abilities so physical and magic attacks are most likely to miss. I put KarKlaw in second position because it has [Shield] and [Immunity] abilities. So it is good to defend the Physical attacks.
Why I am choosing so many monsters with Immunity? May be I afraid of Waka Spritblade. Immunity is the best counter for [Poison].
For the third position I chose Robo Dragon Knight. It has [Void], [Divine Shield] and [Piercing] abilities. So it is good to counter magic attacks.
So my defending pattern is first magic then melee and finally magic. Four of my monsters has minimun 9 Hit Points.
For the attacking I chose 3 monsters. I planned to attack my eneny's back line. So I put Chaos Dragon in fourth positoin. It has [Flying], [Scattershot] and [Blast] abilities. I do not need [Blast] ability though. [Scattershot] ignore the [Taunt] ability. This is very good to attack enemy's back line even though it is a random attack.
For fifth position I chose Twist Jester. It has [Snipe] ability. So I can direct attack enemy's non-melee monsters. For final position I chose Lira the Dark. It has [Opportunity] and [Snare] abilities so it will attack a monster with lowest Health. Naturally Victims will be ranged or magic monsters because they do not have plenty of Health.
Oh. I forgot to mention my summoners is Selenia Sky that is the reason why I chose two ranged attack monsters.
Only Shieldbearer from my enemy's team is underlevel. His team also has the same firing power like me. We both have 10 point of firing power. What he less is Hit Points. While I has 52 Hit Points he only has 32 Hit Points. Some of his monsters can not withstand two of my attacks. Some died under single hit.
This is the final monent of the battle. It lasts only three rounds. The battle accelerated as [Blast] is in the rule. [Close Range] is also the main reason why we both chose the summoners that can increase ranged attack power.
