Or how we feel disappointed. Until we do anything, we do it as usual and just keep thinking about it. When we do any particular thing, only after that do we come to know about its consequences, before that, we just keep thinking about it. I can only guess. Like I am writing a post here and I don't know what its payout will be but in my mind, I want that its payout should be good but only time will tell what its payout will be, there is hope inside. It happens that my posts also get good votes and I also get good rewards, but if you just sit thinking that you will make a post and votes do not come, then I believe that you will never be able to make any post.

Many times life leaves us at such a juncture where we have to do things that we do not want to do and this often happens to us. It happened to me here in the office a few years ago when I was suddenly given the lead of a project and the entire responsibility of it was put on me. Although I had been working there for a few years, still I did not see that much efficiency. I was on myself. You can say that I did not have enough confidence in myself that I would be able to do this. We often have a lot of doubts about ourselves and we just keep thinking about them until we reach a situation where we get a chance to completely correct our doubts or erase them. The same thing was happening with me, although I had started working I did not know whether I would be able to lead a project or not. To tell you the truth, I had never even thought about it.

Believe me, leading a project is not an easy task, you have to take full responsibility and somewhere outside the circumstances do not go according to us, a lot of things happen. If you work in the private sector, then you will be able to understand what I mean. I want to say. The office environment here is very good, everyone lives very well together, yes, now the staff has increased a lot, the groups have increased and a lot of things keep happening, it is happening here in the corporate world too, but I am not happy with this. I am happy that we, the old staff members, are still close to each other and understand each other and I believe that this is a very good thing. When I got the lead of that project, I was very worried and believe me, there was a little stage too because everything here was happening to me for the first time and I was not used to such things. But with time we learn everything and time teaches us a lot.

Believe me, whatever the circumstances are going on in your life, keep one thing in mind that whatever happens, it happens for good and whatever is happening in your life, there is a reason for it. I believe in all these things very much but thinking about all this makes your mind a little lighter and you become patient and think of doing any work. You get some patience or you get strength somewhere to face those situations. The same thing happened to me but don't mind, the project was quite successful. Yes, it was a project of a few months. The staff of my office supported me a lot in all this and I am very thankful for it I learned a lot of new things and became a leader (for a few months).

Learning how to work and get it done was a very important part for me. Even today I keep learning something new, but such situations come with us sometimes and believe me, no matter what the circumstances are, you should be accepted by doing this you become a person with a good personality and you get to learn something new because if you are doing the same work every day and not doing anything new then you are not learning anything new. Your mind races a bit and you get to experience a lot of new experiences.
