Today I want to share with you a sweet experience I had in one of my favorite restaurants in the city, in this restaurant besides selling a variety of entrees, entrees, salads and others they also sell a variety of desserts. The truth is that I owed my mom for the women's day outing, so taking advantage of the fact that we had to go out today to run some errands I told her that we should go for a dessert and that she should invite her school friend and her daughter.

We met at the crepes & Waffles of a mall for an afternoon of girls and desserts, when we arrived we went to the restaurant area which is more outdoor type to be cooler with the cold of the mall. I have been wanting to eat waffles for days, so I asked the waitress which one she recommended since they have so many options, she told me that there was a new flavor which was the Rochelle waffle, it consists of a chocolate and hazelnut based waffle with rochelle ice cream and chocolate sauce, I thought it would be too cloying but just hearing chocolate I was dying to try it, so I decided for that option, to go with it I ordered a cappuccino and my companions decided for a banana split, tiramisu and a saint honore.

I must tell you that I liked my dessert very much but as I imagined I thought it was pretty sweet at the same time hahaha, I liked the option of the new waffle prepared with chocolate and hazelnuts but the rochelle ice cream is already too much, the good thing is that you can order the ice cream of the flavor you like but I wanted to try it as it was because well, that's how they promote it. Next time I think that with a vanilla or red fruit ice cream it would be very tasty.

Finally I must tell you that this restaurant to my concept has the best artisan ice cream because you have the joy of tasting the flavor as such, I mean, each ice cream has pieces of the flavor you choose, whether brownie, chocolate, red fruits etc.. In the city of Barranquilla there are several locations but if I'm not wrong in other cities in Colombia also have locations and well friends, this was all for today. Hola chicos, espero se encuentren muy bien. El día de hoy quiero compartirles una dulce experiencia que tuve en uno de mis restaurantes favoritos de la ciudad, en este restaurante a demás de vender diversidad de platos fuertes, entradas, ensaladas y demás también venden diversidad de postres. La verdad le debía la salida del día de la mujer a mi mamá, por lo que aprovechando que nos tocaba salir hoy a realizar varias diligencias le dije que fuéramos por un postre y que invitara a su amiga de colegio junto a su hija.

Nos reunimos en el crepes & Waffles de un centro comercial para tarde de chicas y postres, al llegar nos dirigimos a la zona del restaurante que es más tipo al aire libre para estar más fresquitas con el frío del centro comercial. Les cuento que desde hace días vengo con la idea de querer comer waffles por lo que pregunte a la mesera cual me recomendaba ya que tienen muchísimas opciones, me dijo que había un nuevo sabor que se trataba del waffle Rochelle, consta de un waffle a base de chocolate y avellanas junto al helado de rochelle y salsa de chocolate, pensé que sería demasiado empalagoso pero al solo escuchar chocolate me moría de ganas por probarlo, así que me decidí por esa opción, para acompañarlo pedí un cappuccino y mis acompañaste se decidieron por una banana split, tiramisú y un saint honore.

Debo decirles que mi postre me gustó muchísimo pero como imagine me empalago bastante al mismo tiempo jajaja, me gustó la opción del nuevo waffle preparado a base de chocolate y avellanas pero el helado de rochelle siento que ya es demasiado, lo bueno es que puedes pedir el helado del sabor que gustes pero yo quería probarlo tal cual era ya que bueno, así es como lo promocionan. Para la próxima considero que con un helado de vainilla o de frutos rojos quedaría muy rico.

Por último debo decirles que este restaurante a mi concepto tiene los mejores helados artesanales ya que tienes la dicha de probar como tal el sabor, me explico; cada helado tiene trozos del sabor que elijas, sea brownie, chocolate, frutos rojos etc. En la ciudad de Barranquilla hay varias sedes pero si no estoy mal en otras ciudades de Colombia también tienen sedes y bueno amigos, esto fue todo por hoy.
