Minimalism is very hard to practice for sure. But yes abundance is also not good. While growing up nothing was every in abundance so even now when we have the means my wife and I will keep thinking and overthinking before spending money on anything :) It is good to be careful with resources for sure. I am glad you have learnt to live the sustainable way. I aspire to do the same.
