There are people like you that it is hard for us to seek help because I think that one bothers people, many things have happened to me for not asking for help in time, but at my age I do not learn hahaha. Like you I am always ready to help ... ahhh but I need help there it is difficult to ask for it.

i think it is because we are so used to it and we just don't want to bother others, we love to be independent and solve our ish by ourself😇
