Or at least, thats what I believe and thats what I do and have done for the past 2 years and I don't see any reason to stop.
Not only did it eating a Plant Based diet help me control my adhd, but it also made me gain weight during to overconsumtion of Calories ofcause.
Also, I am never bloated anymore and I never feel heavy or feel like I need to lay down like I felt like when I ate meat or dairy x) - This is true, even if I eat a 1000 calorie dense meal which I do often for dinner.
I want to take my diet to the Next level. Not only Plant Based, but Whole Food Plant Based to get even more out of it while I am also starting to workout again to get a bit more toned ^^ A lot of stuff is coming together for a better life and/or just to prove people wrong haha :p
Where do you get your protein from?
I normally just answer plants and people then tell me I can't get enough protein from plants, so I ask them how much protein we need and how much they get.
Most people have no fking clue about how much they get or how much we need, so how do they know I don't get enough?
Well, they don't.
Because most people just keep telling themselves and others what they feel comfortable with and ignores the facts. Its called Cognitive Dissonance
