I must say your voice is amazing, I love your energetic vibe too... You did so well with maintaining that pitch. I wish I could sing that loud and keep a high pitch but I always mess it up. I'm not perfect on that yet but I guess I'll keep practicing.
I've not heard this song before but hearing your cover makes me wanna add it to my playlist asap. It seems like a song about self-motivation and freedom from our lows, I like it! And it's a good choice for this week's theme 👍.
Also, knowing that you have these amazing Hivers as your friends and inspiration is really nice.

You are correct, practice is the key.
I'm an only child so no playmates at home. My nanny said one day, 'stop following me around and try doing something that you can be good at'
So she taught me to use the music system and ever since I just kept listening to music (since watching TV was not allowed much when I was young), and found myself singing along.

Wow that's an interesting backdrop for your singing passion... Your nanny may have sounded a little mean at that time but her words and coaching became a great upliftment for you. And I'm really glad you shared this little story with me.
I've always loved music and singing, I think I got interested in it by just watching my mom sing. I've never been trained, it just came naturally and I hope to be perfect with time and practice. Like you said, practice is key!
