Cross country skiing in Lower Bavaria
Das ist die Aussicht von der Loipe zum Berg Rachel 1453m. Da war ich schon oben.
Der Winter ist in Oberfrauenau schlimm. Im Januar ging es endlich los mit dem Schnee. Ich bin zum ersten mal Skilanglauf gewesen. Habe mir die Ausrüstung ausgeliehen für 10 euro am Tag. Da waren Schuhe, Ski und Stöcke dabei. Finde den Preis angemessen.

The winter is bad in Oberfrauenau. In January it finally started to snow. I went cross country skiing for the first time. Borrowed the equipment for 10 euro a day. There were shoes, skis and poles. Find the price reasonable.

Frauenau liegt an der Tschechischen Grenze.

Das war meine Fahrt von Deggendorf nach Frauen, ca 55 km.
Gebraucht haben wir 1 Stunde. Kaum ein Räumdienst unterwegs gewesen.
Man braucht gute Winterreifen und einen guten Fahrer😁.

Nach dem wir angekommen sind, habe ich gleich schaufeln müssen. Echt krass was da geschneit hat. Irgendwie auch schön. Am nächsten Tag ging es zum Langlauf.

In der Früh musste ich gleich los, weil ich die Ausrüstung holen musste. Für drei Personen gleich.
Gott sei dank hatte er alles vorrätig.

Das war die Ausrüstung. Sagenhafte Namen sind es. Ich war gespannt wie es funktioniert😄. Die Ski waren gewachst. Im Internet gibt es solche Ausrüstung ab 300 Euro aufwärts.

So bevor es los ging nochmal einen Kaffee. Ich war aufgeregt und habe gleich 3 Tassen gebraucht🤣.

Hier sieht man links welche Loipen es gibt. Blau ist leicht. Rot ist schwer. Schwarz sehr schwer. Ich bin für BLAU 😛.

Das Wetter war super toll. Die Strecke war echt cool gemacht. Für Anfänger super. Das Langlauf an sich, war nicht schwer. Was ich noch nicht kann, ist das Skaten. Mich treibt es immer auf eine Seite runter. Keine Ahnung warum.
The weather was super great. The track was really cool made. Great for beginners. The cross-country skiing itself, was not difficult. What I can not yet, is the skating. It always drives me down to one side. No idea why.
Ist das nicht Geil? Man kann in der Nacht Langlauf betreiben. Aber nur für die Blaue Strecke, da sind Flutlichter an.
Das war ja anders geil. Hat mir voll gefallen😁.

Am nächste Morgen hab ich nichts mehr gemacht, war fertig vom ersten Langlaufen.
Meine Beine haben mir wehgetan. Den Sonntag hab ich zum ausruhen genutzt.
Bin ans Wasser gegangen und habe es genossen, die Stille, die unbezahlbar ist.
