I also view being frugal as a way to achieve freedom in this world. Being economical is just good sense. Never overspend your money, especially if it results in credit card debt. If you want good debt, use it to buy assets.

Instead of spending money on items that add no worth to your life, there are better things you might do with it. Saving and investing your money is the wise thing to do.
