Gym + NescafĂ© = Energy🔋 | Caffeine is the favourite energiser at the gym☕

Coffee is present in many areas of everyday life, not to say "everything". In my new job, which is technically a sports supplement stand located in front of one of the most important gyms in the city, what they buy most is "coffee".

To be more specific, they buy a lot of Nescafé, in the shop they have two prices:

$1.9 x blended coffee, which would be all the flavours on the panel except for the traditional one.

$1 for the traditional coffee, which is basically an espresso without sugar, too strong for my taste.

When I started the job the first thing they taught me was the handling and maintenance of the machine, where I must admit that it is a pain and it is quite a tedious machine, as it is old it has its tricks and I have to make sure that many things are up to date so that it doesn't fail and make a mess.

The machine works with a small water pump connected with a hose to a filtered water bottle. So, that bottle must always be full or not fall below half full so that the machine does not suck in air and clog up.

The front of the machine has a small key that gives me access to internal maintenance, i.e. to refill the Nescafé from the containers and to disassemble the cups, hoses and filters, to wash them every day and thus offer a quality coffee in a hygienic working environment.

The options that this machine comes with are:

  • Cappuccino
  • Choco vanilla
  • Cappuccino vanilla
  • Vanilla Latte
  • Mokaccino
  • Tradition
  • Coffee with milk
  • Chocolate drink

And yes, I admit that I was tempted and I have already tried one, my favourite, the Mokaccino.

Another thing I have to be aware of is that there are disposable cups available, sugar and straws for them to mix their Nescafé and always offer a friendly service to the customers.

Although personally the Nescafé that comes out of the machine is super sweet, and if you go to a gym, sugar would be the last thing to consume, but caffeine yes because it acts as a pre-workout to start your routine with the best energy.

I've been in my new job for two weeks now and I feel very comfortable with all the things I've learned here from supplements, diet and exercise tips, and also how to use instant coffee machines, I've always thought that knowledge is power and everything that adds to my personal growth is welcome.

P.S.: If you are from Cumanå, you can come and drink Nescafé or buy your sports accessories or dietary supplements with HBD, as Ecofit accepts HBD as a payment method and is the main shop of the extension which is located in Econoquesos, a well known commercial ally in Sucre.

Hello friend, congratulations on this new job and it is fascinating that it has to do with coffee and that way I can learn from the different types. Coffee is very good for activating training, so for that part you can be active by preparing many coffees. Successes.

That's right, being in a work environment where you learn such great things as coffee in combination with sport is an achievement!

Congratulations on your new job! It seems like you’re fitting quite well, also learning a lot. Nice that the machine offers a lot of flavors! Is mokaccino like cafe mocha? If yes, then that would probably be my choice! 😅

And wow it’s so cool that it accepts HBD over there!

Yes, Mokaccino coffee is the same as Mocca, here in Venezuela the NescafĂ© company calls it that, but it's the same ✹

That's right, caffeine is present in many pre-workout energy drinks.

In truth, I have never tried coffee from a machine like this. In my city these machines there aren't any anywhere. The important thing is that the coffee has that unmistakable flavor and aroma, regardless of how it is prepared.☕

Thanks for sharing your experience.
Happy Thursday.

Nescafé is very popular in Latin America I guess and it's delicious, although I prefer home-made coffee.

Friend, it's great to be able to manipulate the coffee machine and prepare a special coffee combination in our style. It's great that this store accepts hbd as a payment method

Yes, it is tedious at the beginning but then the machine becomes easy to use... Greetings!

Hey, friend @emilydbr, Nescafe late coffee is a delight. And every time I stumble upon one of those machines, I ask for it. I'm addicted to coffee. On the other hand, it sounds interesting to be able to pay or buy things with HBD. How I wish it could be implemented here in Buenos Aires. I hope it will be possible in the future. A hug and love 😍.
