4 years of patience and hard work

Working with people with diverse mindsets and cultures every day takes a lot of bravery and patience. Why is it said that working at a BPO is not for everyone? It will test your patience and may cause worry and tension. If you are a sensitive person, you will most likely cry on your first furious customer. lol

This month marks my fourth year at my present company. I didn't anticipate it to endure this long because this company isn't perfect and has flaws, but I was just delighted to have a solid support system and to have extremely helpful bosses from the first day I took phone calls.
