Hello hivers, now that I've finished taking you to Merlion Park and Marina Bay Sand, I'd like to introduce you to the first restaurant I tried after arriving in Malaysia.
We only had a McDonald's sandwich before we got on the road, and traveling for 5-6 hours had already depleted my energy, so I needed food to regain control of my senses. lol.

Sungei Wang Plaza is where we had to stop to get some lunch, and because we didn't get a sim card, we couldn't connect to the internet. I informed them that if we could go to a mall, we could definitely connect to the wifi and verify our reservation.
We quickly connect to the internet and look for a place to eat because we are famished. We saw a lot of interesting things inside the shopping mall. There are some outfits for sale, and there are restaurants nearby where you may dine.

I'm having a hard time deciding when I look at the first-floor restaurants' wonderful menus. I noticed a location named Ayam Penyet Betawi and was intrigued. The cuisine seems enticing, as you can see in the picture.
I was genuinely wanting chicken that day, and I saw that this restaurant had a pretty adorable set-up, as well as a fruit shake bar inside.

If I'm being honest, and I apologize to any Malaysians who may be reading this article, the personnel were not very nice. The man we requested information from was a little unpleasant, which put me off.

Despite the fact that I was starving, I waited for a long and tried to go to other locations, but we went to this establishment nevertheless since the food was more tempting to me than the other places we looked at. As an optimist, the terrible experience did not deter me from returning to this restaurant to dine.

When we return, I'm delighted we were treated by a new staff that was more friendly. By the way, the other two were Filipinos from Isabela, which speak Ilocano. And at that point, I felt more at ease, and we sat down to choose our food.

I ordered Sayap Peyet or Smashed Chicken Wings with rice and an Avocado shake for beverages. I was truly looking forward to what I had ordered.

The food was served and arrived in about 10-15 minutes and was well worth the wait. The food is delicious, especially when combined with a hot sauce.

Overall satisfaction with the personnel is 3.5 out of 5, while satisfaction with the cuisine and ambiance is 5 out of 5. I'm no expert, but I wanted to share my general experience and the time I spent in this location.

That's all for today folks, see you again on my next blog and have a good one!
