Reading your post made me miss village life so much, I grew up in the village and then we use to envy city life but now I'm in the city but miss the simple and quiet village life. Most especially the fresh and healthy food part.
I can relate to you overeating, as I found myself doing the same sometimes when I was still in the village there are period one can't just help it I guess, too much good food used to be everywhere lol.
