Oh wow this is definitely getting interesting.
Seems that some big boobs are being made by people who don't understand what they're playing with.
Pretty sad as I really like this platform.
I am going to hold tight and see how things work out.
But like you're laying out here are some shady things.
While everybody's looking at current events and what's going on more truth will come out if we be patient.
but I can absolutely see how many users would have tokens on these exchanges and the numbers that they have on these exchanges are pretty extreme.
Basically a bunch of these exchanges botin and are blowing up the price.
Huge profits are going to be coming down along the line the blockchain is forever even if you rage quit.
Hold tight and do what you can do but this manual curation thing has now bit us in the ass.
Instead of really powering up the small people and empowering them to grow and hodl you have this happen.
Everything that I am doing is set to grow. And in turn invest back into the community. The community grows while I do too.
As I said I'm not taking any radical actions I'm cashing out. But everything that I have is on this blockchain.

Most of these are written OFF of Steemit so as to avoid being downvoted and hidden. Amazing. So much for this "censorship-free blockchain".

I know exactly how You feel...
I discovered Steem about 6 months ago.. At that time.. Things were looking "UP", and they kept that way, awhile...
January rolled around.. things started slowly going down, I said OK, it's temporary...
Now this happens, just as I was really believing in this thing...
And maybe that is a part of the damage that was pre-programmed into all this....
First all the "small accounts", year or less just simply "go away" which in turn will discourage "New Members" as well...
Actually the last 2 weeks would scare away anyone with 2 or 3 months or less! 🤔
Stick with it fight for your home. Got years into this place. At a spot I can swim and still grow even though you have petty haters that you are not able to be bullied like @Rawpride which I wear his loser flags like a badge of honor.
Steem and the platform is able to grow. Just wait... It should grow...
