A perfect year at a glance.
I dream of a perfect year just like everyone even though I know that a year can be only close to perfection and not perfect. A year close to perfection requires lots of sacrifices, we have to put in a lot of work into achieving whatever we have outlined to make the year a beautiful one for us.
As difficult as it might be to make the year a perfect one, it's okay to dream. I have always defined dreams to be tiny seeds that grow into a big tree if nursed properly.

This might be just a prompt but honestly, everything in this article and more is what defines a perfect year for me and I definitely will be working towards making things happen. I have a lot of things that will make up a happy year for me so relax and enjoy reading through them.
Staying healthy through the year.
The saying that health is wealth is no joke because it's only when you are healthy you can fulfill other things. An illness-free year will add up to other things to make a perfect year and I am working towards that a lot.
Last year, I gave a lot of attention to my health and it paid off, I am going to be doing a lot better this year with my health. It would be awesome if any form of illness don't interfere with my plans for the year.
Getting permanent land for my fish farm.
The fish farm started on a free land, I was given the space by a very kind woman. She fell ill and some of her families took the opportunity to start charging for rent.
The bill was high but I had no choice, I started paying after bargaining. As if that wasn't enough, they brought in the prepaid meter. I pump a lot and those engines consume lots of electricity and after pouring out my mind, nothing happened. I have to pay 2500 naira for each pond just on electricity but leaving there was difficult because the location was perfect so I endured which affected the returns.
I endured until a road construction started in December, the drainage was destroyed and it could be affecting electricity anytime soon.
At the moment, I don't have a choice but to move the farm or wait till the construction is over.
Moving the farm is stressful and all this wouldn't be happening if I have a land for the farm. Owning a farmland would help me expand business easily and also allow me to go into other things like piggery, poultry, and others. If I can get the land this year, 2023 is perfect.
Taking proper care of my family
Family means a lot to me and whatever is happening with them affects me. When my family is happy, I am happy and when they are sad, it is the same for me as well.
Being able to take care of my family's needs adequately will add up to the things I mentioned earlier. They have been through a lot for me so giving back is not something to think about, I take it as an obligation or should I say a service that must be rendered.
I am always happy doing it, family is everything.
Reaching out to people
I have a list of people I want to bless, it includes an aged homeless woman who stays in an uncompleted building. I have friends who want to start up a business because they couldn't get a job and many others.
Society is filled with less privileged, sprinkling happiness in their heart and light on their path even though I don't have enough means a lot to me.
Being able to help them even though not completely will also add up to what makes a perfect year for me.
Smashing my Hive goals for the year.
I made some goals for myself at the beginning of the year and I am working towards achieving them already. The progress might be slow but I am moving, being able to achieve and surpass these goals will also add up to what makes a perfect year for me.
Owning a big house.
I am the type that love having people around me even though I love space too. I currently live in a three-bedroom flat with my family and being able to build a big house to accommodate everyone will be awesome plus I will be free from landlords who put their problems on tenants.
It's their property though but they should at least be considerate, we all have responsibilities and we are not just working to pay just house rent and utility bills.
Taking my lover to the alter.
My relationship is old enough to be a marriage and even though I have taken the first step to a successful marriage, I just can't wait for the day to come.
Tying the knot with the love of my life will not just make the year perfect but a memorable one as well.
Vacation with family
After working throughout the year, going on a vacation with my family abroad will crown everything. I have a lot of places on my mind so to be fair, I will cast a vote and whichever destination wins is the place to visit.
There are still lots of things that would have made the year a perfect one for me and they are somehow attached to all these. Like I mentioned from the beginning, these things require hard work.
They might seem impossible to the ear but working towards them would see some of these dreams come through this year or the ones to come.

Health is wealth, and without it, money means nothing..
The best thing is indeed getting a farm land for yourself, with around 300 k you can have your own land.. That should be like 1000 hive, it would be nice to make all your fantasy reality and achieve everything, it won't be easy but it is possible
You are right bro, the land will go along way for me. 300k? That's cheap. Here is my environment, you can barely get land of 2m.
Fish farming requires a good drainage system else there will be lots of issues.

Lolz, its not to much omma. I know doing all these is a dream but with God and hard work, who knows what tomorrow might be.
Judging with my efforts, these things aren't possible in this year but with God all things are possible.

As you say, the perfect year doesn't exist but we can work to get it as close as possible.
The important thing is to commit yourself and give all of yourself, I always say that in life you shouldn't have regrets!💪
I believe that we can only be close to perfection and as you have said, committing ourselves to these things will go a long way in helping us bring these dreams to reality.

I place so much importance on health and these days, my wellbeing comes in first from time to time. Only with good health can we chase after other dreams .
Starting with your health is indeed an important goal for creating a good year. All the other items you listed from your occupation, family, helping others and “tying the knot” etc. are all great plans which I hope you will achieve. All the best wishes.
