I'm sorry to hear you had struggled a lot but it's really nice to hear that you are doing well now. :D I can relate about the noise and temperature as a trigger, and anxiety when a place is packed. There's just too much to process. Ganda ng sketches :D It's always nicer and more relaxing to have a sketchpad/notebook ready compared to just typing the notes on your phone... there's just too much distraction on the phone kasi hahah

When I was a kid, nobody wanted to play with me because I was the quiet one :) Like you, art was there for me when nobody else was and I am grateful that it grounded you and made you notice the beautiful things in life too.
I could only wish that I was as talented as you ❤️
