Are there Legal Consequences for Depriving a Person of Constitutionally Protected Rights?

Source

I'm not a lawyer, but let's see if this logic passes the test.

Depriving a Person of Protected (God-Given) Rights

To deprive a person of their constitutionally protected (God given) rights is punishable by law with either a fine or imprisonment or both. What is the legal definition of "deprivation"? Meaning "to deprive".

"To keep from possessing or enjoying" Depriving of constitutionally protected (God given) rights? What rights are protected by the constitution? The United States Bill of Rights: First 10 Amendments to the Constitution

Why Do We Have a Bill of Rights?

It's explained in the preamble of the "Bill of Rights", the ten amendments to the constitution of the United States of America. It's in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers.

https://www.aclu.org/united-states-bill-rights-first-10-amendments-constitution

What is considered an "abuse of its powers"? An example would be this: any law made by Congress prohibiting the establishment or free exercise of religion or abridging the freedom of speech is defined as an abuse of power.

Freedom of Speech

We all know that the Bill of Rights (The Ammendments of the Constituion) allows for "freedom of speech", but more specifically, the "abridging the freedom of speech". What is "abridging"?

https://www.dictionary.com/browse/abridging

Abridging means depriving. Depriving means abridging. According to the Constitution of the United States, Congress shall make no law which results in the deprivation (abridging) of the freedom of speech. This is a protected (God-given) right.

Free Exercise of Religion

Congress shall make no law which prohibits the establishment of and free exercise of religion.

https://www.aclu.org/united-states-bill-rights-first-10-amendments-constitution

But what is "establishment of religion"? It has has been legally defined as "active involvement of the sovereign in religious activity."

https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution-conan/amendment-1/establishment-of-religion

The "sovereign" is the individual involved in the "free exercise" of religion. But what is "religion"?

https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/religion

Religion is the attitudes, beliefs and practices of the sovereign.

What Legal Construct Does This Create?

18 US Code 242, the Constitutional First Amendment and Legal Definitions all conclude the following paraphrase:

To prevent the abuse of state power, congress shall make no law that prohibits the sovereign individual's free exercise of attitudes, beliefs and practices. Whoever willfully subjects any person, depriving them of protected rights enumerated in the constitution, under Title 18 US Code 242 shall be fined and/or imprisoned not more than one year.

Unconstitutional is Criminal

We throw that word "unconstitutional" around a lot and we've become desensitized to the ramification of that statement. For something to be "unconstitutional", it means it is "depriving a person or people of protected rights" which has legal ramifications.

Teach Your Children Liberty from Sin

We encourage parents to teach their children principles of Godliness, beginning with the Word and an understanding who God is and what His Son has done to form a relationship with us.

No one can lay a foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or straw, his workmanship will be evident, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will prove the quality of each man’s work. 1 Corinthians 3:11-13

Teach Your children Liberty from Tyranny

Second to this is the principle of self-determination and freedom, lest we loose the ability to teach our children the first principle in future generations. Our children read the Tuttle Twin books, specifically to learn libertarian principles, which most people learn later in life. These books are useful for our family, and yours, to teach children concepts that seem complicated, but are made simple in these books.

The words "under the color of law" are very important. Can I as an individual deprive you of your Constitutional Rights?

The quick answer is NO!

The Constitution is a social contract between you and the Federal Government, and between the Federal Government and the States but not between two individual citizens.

A key element is some sort of "governmental action or authority".

For instance a teacher in the classroom IS a governmental agent and thus can deprive a student of a Constitutional right but that same teacher outside of the classroom and off campus can not.

Great article by the way.

Rule by force is the disease, who and how are symptoms.

All them pretty words on outlawed paper go right out the window until the gunfire is over.
Then, if you are lucky, you are alive, and free, until the next rule by force bully decides to farm the people rather than the land.
