Hello everyone and all members of the community, how are you today? are you healthy and happy? I pray and hope that all of us are always healthy and happy in carrying out all the routines and work that we are doing. It is very difficult to be able to work if you are sick or your body is not fit.

Food for Overtime Work
Have you ever worked overtime? overtime is working time that exceeds the agreed working hours in the work contract, usually 7 hours in one day, or 40 hours in one week. Overtime can sometimes be an annoyance. Overtime makes me have to go home longer, my body is more tired, even though we get extra money (sometimes). There is a strange tradition in my country about overtime, many people often work overtime to show their hard work and loyalty to the company.

When I worked at a broiler farm in the past, there was a serious debate about overtime between the workers (my friends and I) and the Manager. Supposedly, we came home from work at 5 pm, but we had to finish the work and until 8 pm it didn't finish, by that time we were very hungry and exhausted. The manager forgot that the Indonesian Manpower Act states that if workers work more than three hours late, they must be given food with 1400 calories and cannot be replaced with money. Because the debate continued, finally the farm decided to give us food, and the food was Burjo.

Green bean porridge
Burjo is an abbreviation of Indonesian, namely Bubur Kacang Hijau (mung bean porridge), and this food is very popular and eaten by all ages. One of the reasons that makes this food popular is because it tastes sweet and delicious. Moreover, this food is served in warm conditions will add to its delicacy.

Green bean porridge is a food that probably everyone in my country has eaten. When we were in elementary school, there would usually be a day where we would eat this food together because it was distributed free of charge by the city government.

Green bean porridge is also one of the breakfast menus that is liked by everyone. The method of making it is simple with ingredients that are easily available so that anyone can make it. This food is made from green beans, palm sugar, granulated sugar, coconut milk, and pandan leaves. We just need to boil the green beans until soft, then pour the coconut milk and mix well and then add the palm sugar and granulated sugar. Even though it is easy to cook, I don't know why this food is better if it is made by someone else, let alone bought directly by the seller of green bean porridge.

Stamina and Energy Boost Food
For workers who always work overtime, this food is very familiar to us. Whether the suggestion or it is true, green bean porridge is considered to be able to restore our energy and stamina. Green bean porridge contains sufficient calories, vitamins, minerals and enzymes that are beneficial for the body.

This food is also good for digestion, because green beans are rich in fiber. In addition, some local residents in Indonesia use green beans for detoxification and also to treat stomach pain.
Besides eating mung bean porridge, I also advise my friends who are working overtime to drink more water and after finishing overtime, immediately rest and sleep. Please, don't spend any more time staying up late, because we have to rest and recover.

Okay, this is the story I can share this time. Do you have food like this?
