I think I will never get use to seeing fish dishes cooked with the heads still on....LOL.... I know it is done many places and is acceptable, I am just not use to the eyes looking back at me.
I was surprised that you said you did not eat a lot of the food that you prepared and shared in your blogs.
I also understand learning to cook what someone you love likes. I did that on multiple dishes when I was married. I would learn to cook something I did not care to eat, because he loved it. It is still fun to do and it is good to make someone you love happy.

In the past I was crying to cut the fish head 🤣 so now I just searching for the help from the seller to clean the fish lol
My nephew and my mom eat the desserts and now my husband 🤭
You know, not many chefs eat their cooking results too, just correct the taste of the food and done :)
